Astero Tengu Killer

Here is a fit I need a little insight on:

[Astero, Tengu Killer]
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II

1MN Monopropellant Enduring Afterburner
X5 Enduring Stasis Webifier
Shadow Serpentis Warp Scrambler
Small Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I, Navy Cap Booster 200

Damage Control II
Small Ancillary Armor Repairer, Nanite Repair Paste
Corpii A-Type Small Armor Repairer
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II

Small Anti-Explosive Pump II
Small Trimark Armor Pump II
Small Trimark Armor Pump II

First, this fit comes directly from a video where this Astero solo killed a T3 Tengu. Here are my questions;

1) If the capacitor has 538gj and he is using 200 is this sufficient?

2) The Centi-A Repaier, when I look it up there are 3 kinds on Neocom 2 for the same version. 2 appear to have the same stats. I tried to correlate the cost but the killmail is from is over 4 years old. How do I know which is which?

I will post link to killmail and video.

Re: Astero Tengu Killer

I'm at work on mobile but that fit is very close to a Russian player named lussy Lou, who is pretty good at pvp with it. I'll try to find the video and post links when I get home. I think his video channel is worstplayerever hero astero. It's what I based my explorer fit on and have had great success with.

From what I've seen It is pretty durable but takes forever to kill things if you are comfortable and find the right target. Anyway hope something in this was usefull.
