Budda's Farewell fleet

Post by Budda Sereda »

It was nice and quite roam.

Unfortunately, Roam Report tool is down so I can't effectively collect all information which became a standard already.

We formed up around 10 ships, Troven was scouting in a ceptor, Union in Keres, the rest was in Caracals.

I was very pleased to be notified by Raido that he will bring my new corp mates to welcome, Raido himself was in a HIC, so I had some backup tackle.

We moved through Placid into Kinakka in more or less quiet manner. In Kinakka we saw Prophecy and VNI on Dscan, but were distracted by flashy Jackdaw... which did not take the bait.

In Kinakka we tackled VNI and killed without taking any damage, but Troven need to bounce and Union was closed to that too... anyway:

Shortly after we saw a Vindi, it appeared to be on station. Raido went to trigger it, but Vindi was not taking bait (I feel Phobos sounds like too hard bait to crack quickly), so I offered 2 more Caracals as additional bait, though he started shooting Phobos, not Caracals... That's strange to me. This time Vindi took it, I warped fleet, we started applying...
Random Armageddon decided to land on a kill? at some point I felt like we are breaking Vindi (I guess he has run out of cap), but he injected and stabilized for a bit... not sure if we would kill it on our own, but Raido was working on getting his friend cynoed on a grid.

They finished Vindi:

Armageddon MJDed away, but probably was not aligned so it was tackled by Sirens:

After cyno expired and we made a small break, we went to Aki=>Pyn. On the way had few engagements, could not hold on a gate a flashy Vexor, later were baited by Prophecy which got Retribution:
they killed Troven: https://zkillboard.com/kill/70985996/ -40M

We still had a tackle and I wanted to see if we can get Prophecy down, but they get Hell to backup so we were forced to scatter and lost only 1 Caracal:

We've met a solid fleet SF of Warms coming towards Kinakka so I decided to go to another direction.

Troven found Sentinel, but died to it: https://zkillboard.com/kill/70986346/ -63M

As we were already in a 'back home mood', we just made best speed home.

Killed: +1,508M
Lost: -139M
Delta: +1,369M
ISK Efficiency: 90%

Not many Unistas joined, but ISK Positive and successful Cap Drop - not bad for the farewell fleet.

Thanks all, was nice flying with you guys! Hope to see you later!

P. sure the Geddon should be formatted green instead of red. Wish we'd had a chance to take down Horus, but we'd built some fatigue when some other nerds messed with our other hunter, and decided to extract at that point. (I don't think Horus would've engaged if we'd had my HIC on grid anyway.)

Was a fun time. We're excited to welcome Budda to Fweddit.

This was overall a fun fleet, although I had to leave right after the Armageddon kill. It was my first time seeing friendly caps on grid (E-Uni cap fleet pls), and man, do they punch some serious firepower.

Farewell Budda, I will miss your accent :(

Sorry couldn’t make it Budda I was working nights- this made me miss the Uni meet up in London too. The meet up may have contributed to the turn out:(
