[COMPLETED] Intro to Manual Piloting, Dscan, and Combat Probing June 20, 13:00

Post by Fonggar Akiga »

This is a mixed class, normally run as seperate practicals, but since individual topics are too short and I don't have time to run the full practicals, I'll give this format a try.

Introduction to manual piloting discusses the theory of manual piloting, while D-scan and Combat Probing will be mostly sharing in game screens on how it can be done. I'll talk about some ship fits for combat probing, but mostly it's about getting out there and trying it yourself.

Essential Details:
  • Instructor: Fonggar Akiga
  • When: Sunday, June 20, 13:00-14:30 EVE Time
  • Location: Docked up in any Station. No practical for this class this time.
  • Duration: ~1.5 hours

Class Overview:
  • Resources for manual piloting
  • Dscan- practices and methods
  • Combat Probing- Combination of dscan and probing to find targets

Student Requirements:
  • Mumble registration and access - make sure you have Mumble operational well before the class begins. Use this guide for set-up: Mumble
  • Access to the Eve Uni Discord (public access is enough)

Questions? Ask me on discord or on mumble.
Thanks,
Fonggar
