[COMPLETED] Intro to Wormhole Mechanics | Wed. 1 March | 02:00 EVE Time

Post by Lan Man »

This class is an introduction to wormholes, wormhole space, and related mechanics and information. The material in this class focuses on wormhole mechanics in detail, while also covering at a high level some further advanced information relevant to wormhole PvE, PvP, and living in wormholes. The descriptor, "a mile wide and an inch deep" applies here.

This class is delivered as a slideshow-based lecture. Voice communication will be via the E-UNI Mumble with the slides shared via the E-UNI Discord. Questions are welcome throughout with a dedicated Q&A session at the end of class. There is no in-game, practical session associated with this class.

When: Wednesday 1 March, 02:00 EVE Time
Where: E-UNI Mumble and Discord
Duration: 1.5 hours, ish

Topics Covered:
  • What is a wormhole?
  • Where do wormholes go?
  • What is wormhole space?
  • Why are wormholes cool?
  • ... and questions answered throughout.

Hey folks - I've scheduled two additional sessions of this class, albeit short notice.
- First is for 20:30 on Tue. Feb. 21
- Second is for 02:00 on Wed. Feb. 22. (Tuesday evening USTZ)

I will keep this session on the calendar, and hope to run it ~monthly going forward.
