[COMPLETE] Introduction to Skill Planning 9-21-2021 1900

Post by Anidien Dallacort »

Skills are the fundamental EVE mechanic by which our characters gain access to the various activities, ships, and modules with which we live our lives in New Eden. If you are looking to understand more about the anatomy of skills, how to skill plan, or which skills affect everything you do in EVE, this is the class for you!

This class will present updated content for the newly updated skill queue - and bring any questions you have on the updated skill system, to the Q&A session!

When: Sunday September 21, 2021 - 19:00 EVE Time
Where: Public Mumble and Class (EVE Uni)
Duration: 1.5 hour, plus Q&A

Topics Covered:
  • Anatomy of a Skill
  • Skill Queue
  • Training Skills Faster
  • Skill Planning Strategies
  • EVE Uni Skill Plans - Short Skill Plan and Pyramid Skill Plan
  • Q&A
Student requirements:
Public Mumble registration and access - make sure you have Mumble sorted out and operational well before the class begins. Use this guide for set-up: http://eveuni.org/publicmumble

Access to the EVE Uni Discord (presentation will occur in the Discord classroom)

Additional information: This class is primarily lecture, delivered in public Mumble and the Class (EVE Uni) channel, followed by Q&A. There is no practical component.

Thanks for the class!

Surprised at how advanced everyone's math skills are. This class showed me how I can plan and figure out what plans and remaps are best for me.

Best,
