It depends upon your definition of the term. It has not been shut down and thus is still an official channel. But, I have not seen activity within it for quite some time, and it there is no way to determine if any haulers are still monitoring it or how many/how often. (Remember that it is an entirely volunteer-driven resource.)

I was wondering the same. As I understand it, most these days just end up using the free hauling service to move their stuff

I am registered on it, you tend to see the occasional contract put up from say Juf to Stacmon. it's not that surprising when we encourage members to have hauling alts and those moving bigger volumes will have their own specialised alt.

Ah ok, nice. I went ahead and added my uni toon to the mailing list. Hoping to put my hauler to a little more use and making some ISK. He still needs to pay off the freighter I put him lol.

Those who are still on the list spend most of their time doing their own thing, but simply keep an eye open for any new requests and help out whenever they have some spare time. But as mentioned, the various campus programs do quite a good job, so this list is really only used for the odd request that is outside of campus scopes.
