Safe hauling tanking during ivent

Hello. Wiki https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Hauling recommend to have ~1k EHP for 3M ISK to be nonprofitable target. How will current 90% drop event change this calculations? I want to pass through Uedama, and know that I will be cargoscanned.
