Basic PVP skills

Hi all,
As a newer eve player and one with fairly lacking pvp knowledge I want to ask a few questions about pvp fundementals with some ships.
I primarly intend on flying sub 100 mil ships with sub 200mil total fittings. For now iv primarly done pvp in a caracal or thrasher.
When it comes to pvp skills heres what I know :

D-scan
kitting (Basics)
Resistances
E-war(Basics)
Scram and warp disruption
Cap managment and neuting

Other than that I lack lots of other skills

My main inspirations are people like QoodRooQ and this is Ami. Of course I understand that the use fits into the billions and thats why they seem to shred everyone.

and when it comes to fighting with a Stabber fitted primary for a closer distance of combat what skills would I need to work on and perfect to be efficient with the stabber. What skills and is their any sub 50 mil fitting for the stabber that has good close range dmg that you would recommend (feel free to link it) ?
