Proper fit for a Strat Cruiser

Hello all, I am looking for guidance on the proper fit for a Tengu that is intended to be use in stealthy hunting inside of wormholes. Items that must be included in the fit are
1.Expanded Core Probe launcher
2. Covert Ops cloaking device
3. Some sort of multi spectrum analyzer capable of data and relic sites.
Alpha Strike should be 800 or higher.
I look forward to seeing what the community can come up with.
