EVE Ships Spreadsheet

I wanted a spreadsheet of all the ships in EVE so I could quickly sort and filter by different attributes. I couldn't find anything recently updated so I made one:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

If you want to sort or filter click "Data -> Filter views... -> Create new temporary filter view". You can also "File -> Download as" if you like.

With a spreadsheet like this you can easily find fun facts like
* Which T1 (non-special edition) Frigate has the most Capacitor? (Inquisitor)
* Which ship has the highest Scan Resolution in the game? (Claw)
* Are there any ships with only one or greater than three Rig Slots? (no)

What do you think? Any incorrect or missing data here? Other suggestions for improvement?

Data credits to pyfa.

Re: EVE Ships Spreadsheet

This is awesome, a few times I have looked for exactly this type of thing, like when I realized that the exequoror has a really small signature radius for it's class and I wanted to know what other ships have anomalous. Anyway, I'm going to load this into the 'LSC Syllabus' chat channel.

Re: EVE Ships Spreadsheet

Neat.

How is it possible that there are over 100 ships with less mass than a shuttle, including almost all destroyers and frigates?

Re: EVE Ships Spreadsheet

Simple: the people designing these ships are artists, not naval engineers.

Re: EVE Ships Spreadsheet

Nice tool! I like it.

It might be worth adding the "Group" column twice or three times. Or perhaps making a column for Hull Size (a bit of work, but only once).

That way you can see all the variants for hull size.

I.e. I want something other than a Gila to try Abyss with, I can sort for ALL cruiser hulls then, verus searching and selecting each type of cruiser and hoping i didn't forget one (like i did last night with 'dictors).

Useful regardless though =D
