[AAR] ch4rl13s first fleet AAR 20/8/2019

on the 20th of august 2019 I took out my first fleet, during this time, there were 4 losses. We all jumped into destroyers. and headed into lowsecl, here after about an hour of roaming we found a fleet of 5 flashies. so after approaching tho lone flashy, a group cam along, I gave the order to warp off to the gate. but some of us got caught and destroyed. Overall evaluation

• ✔ In this fleet, (my first one) I learnt more about Fcing than I had in joining multiple fleets,
  ✘ Mostly I took away from this the fact that I need to be more decisive about my actions and my commands,
  ✘ I also found that I need to learn more about PVP mechanics
