The following will be the account of Rogues first fleet back all is as accurate and correct to the best of FC's ability
I (Rogue Ozran, The FC) took a fleet on a low sec roam into placid with the intention of going to Tama to hunt for content. This is my first fleet since rejoining Eve and the Uni and I had many opportunities to learn and grow within the fleet, so many it will be hard for me to hit on the points.Doctrine was Corvettes, with ecm, neuts, drones and generic combat ships accounted for in the fleet make up, the fleet was equipped to operate at about 10K of target and to blob a solo frigate.
we started out well going over the new bro speech and various Eve University fleet related business at the beginning getting underway at 0115, only 15 minutes later than planned. all went well as we proceeded to Agoze meeting up with more fleet members, as scout landed in system a merlin was spotted on D-Scan on a plex and I ordered tackle if possible, tackle was achieved and warp to scout was called, fleet jumped and warped as ordered and managed to take down the merlin in decently fast order, loosing three ships in the process.

After GF's where had by all I moved the fleet on to Arch to reship, we proceeded with little trouble I almost jumped us on a fight we realistically shouldn't take and I heeded the advice of much more experienced FC's and didn't take it. we continued on and came to Vlillirier, scout in VLI managed to scan down a worm and vanguard was called to jump into VLI to try and gain tackle, due to not being able to take the gate we could not enter the plex, however due to the member being part of Blue Alliance I knew he would most likely be up for some good content, I contacted the pilot and offered him a fight, he accepted and said he would meet us at 0 on the gate, he did, when he landed we had preheated and launched drones, we then tackled the worm and brought him down to about 5% shields before he got the last of us (FC) the fight was good and if we had just had a few more corvettes we could have taken him down.

thorns:
1) there was a time i mixed up my calls while traveling, ie i was not consistent with how i made my orders, this was pointed out and i corrected the mistake
2) I was a bit nervous so not at my best, this is understandable and will get better with time and practise
3) we should have defanged the worm first.

1)my communication could have been clearer throughout the fleet
2) i did not have the doctrine ships set up well, i could have done a bit better on them, i will fix this for next time, i will also have good refits in arch for next time.
