I'm really bummed that I only arrived an hour and a half into the fleet, but Thursday nights will always be like that for me.

I thought B'aldrick did a great job of pulling the fleet together after the reship that happened around the time I joined.

And I loved that we took that blob versus blob fight in the novice. There was a point where we switched primary, where things broke down for me:

• I had the wrong preset in the overview (Neutrals,Friendly,Drones).
• I could not find the primary in my overview.
• I did not check to see if the primary had been broadcast.
• Comms was hot and I didn't want to make noise.

I've been on three (maybe four?) fleets with you, B'aldrick, and I really enjoy flying with you. The fights were fun, even the ones we lost. One of the things I appreciate most about you as an FC is that encourage newbies to try out different roles in the fleet. Last time I tried out scout, this time I was both vanguard and 3IC. The experience of being 3IC and leading the fleet back to the Center of Excellence really affirmed for me what I already suspected: I want to be an FC and I'm going to apply as soon as meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
