Awesome report and really nicely laid out (photos help me live it out in my head )

when you say you miss timed the grab on first Orthrus, when are you looking to actually tackle him.
As he is bumping you are you waiting till he actually contacts you so that he is at low instantaneous velocity while waiting on direction change or are you really spamming OH web and scram as soon as he is in range to try and bleed off some of his speed before impact? (plus shut down the MWD ASAP)?

I assume the MJD is purely to gtfo or do you use it to closedistance?

Rad AAR dude. Thanks for the nice writeup. I heard about you from Zarvox's Twitch channel just a couple of days ago, so this is a timely AAR.

Love seeing those Orthrus kills. Were you surprised to see them using Orthrus's to try and bump you off station? Seems like they would want to use something brawly and fast instead.

Also, what are your thoughts on using a Drop booster with that fit?

Troven Smalvard: I waited to long to lock him, and he was already burning back to station for another bump by the time I managed it.

Ideally before he hits you, and dodge if possible as then he will keep sailing past you while his speed drops, as it is possible that he will bump himself out of range.

Jeracho Dorne: You can use it offensively, but keep in mind you still have to lock the target once you jump as you don't have 100km lock range. Mainly its a wonderful GTFO button, but make sure you align towards where you want to go before you hit it as inties can catch up if you haven't.


Cizer Austrene: Drop is fine to use, pop it as required. AS for why they were being used for bumping, I assume because they were already in the ships, and decent bumpers.
