An FYI for Unistas using the Mac client. There is a known bug where the Corporate Skill Plan utility does not appear in the in-game Skills interface. There is no ETA for the fix, but CCP Support tells me that it is on the list.

Oh good, i submitted bug report but didn't know it was known issue.

That explains why I could not find it.
