I am an alpha and am on a tight budget.

Fitted ships can be sold using contracts. Contracts can be set to either private, public, or the corp/alliance.
Are you looking to sell specific doctrine ships at one of the campuses? That is certainly one way with which you a) can make some isk, and b) provide a valuable service to other Uni members.
