- The application is very important, the more info and references you can provide, the easier it is for the Titles team. If you just write 'I've been here a long time and thought I should apply' then that is not a very detailed application.
- For the giving back to the Uni, the staff recruitment thread is here. There are lots of positions available. I can personally recommend the Student Experience department
- Updating the wiki is a great way to contribute, Arin Mara is always looking for people to help.
