Mumble and Overview?

In the applications instructions, it suggests that I download Mumble and set up my Overview, but there were no links or instructions on the applications page. I have seen some instructions on setting up generic overviews, but I am not sure if there is some specific one that I should be setting up or downloading. I will try Googling Mumble, but I am not sure if it will give me Eve-specific setup instructions. I will figure it out eventually, but since I did not see a specific forum for "Hi and Bye" as was mentioned, I figured that this might serve the purpose and might give me answers faster than my own efforts.
