(advice) Heron, basic exploration fitting

Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking dipping into exploration. In terms of training skills, I believe I'm on the right track. However, in terms of fitting my Heron (Caldari recruit here), I've found so many variants that it's kind of confusing for a beginner.

Can anyone point me to a good basic fit for Heron exploration anno 2024? The only limitation is that I'm not able/willing to use any cloak devices at the moment.

Exploration is a fun activity indeed!

Are you aware that we have free Flight Deck Herons available in our staging systems?

There is a non-cloak and a cloaky version, those are also a good beginners fit.

Take one off corp contracts, use it, lose it, learn something, get a new one!

Yep, free for everyone who is a member of the Uni, regardless of title. Just follow the guide in the forum post on how to find the corp contracts
