PVE Tengu Fitting for Serpentis (with some room for pvp)

Hi all,

Been away from the game for too long and now things seem completely crazy for me (learning again all from 0)!
So I want to move to PC9 and bring some ships for the dead moments. Some ratting would be cool.
Was thinking on the Tengu. The idea is to do it safe, with a bit of room to join in any PvP opportunity without re-ship (or even defend from a surprise!).

With implants and no boosters it is cape stable with all skills at 5 (my skills).
