Did they reduce the Frigate drone bandwidth while I wasn't looking?

I'm looking at a Bantam that shows 2.6 mbits per sec bandwidth. The small scout drones all require 5 mbits per second.

What's the point of having a drone bay on the thing at all if I can't control a drone with it?

Do you have a Warp Core Stabilizer fitted?

With the recent rebalance of WCS, you now have a -50% penalty to drone bandwith for simply fitting one.
