Moa with tank or speed?

I have trained into cruisers not so long ago and I keep having problems with fitting my Moa.
I want a microwarpdrive in the midslot but I also need midslots for shield boosters and cap upgrades. Should I give up the "fit for speed" ideology when fitting cruisers?

What are you trying to fit it for? Pve or Pvp?
