Now I understand, he was killed in WH space and that is indeed a rolling fit, it has 200M mass with prop mod off and 300M with prop mod on.why Higgs Anchor rig?

Ya i just pulled that fit from a KB as I was on my laptop without Pyfa, its more an idea of how you could make a shield fit as it has seen some use. It just has to be repurposed away from rolling.

1) There isn't really such a thing as a cheap fit for solo battleships, but if you want to fit a solo Scorpion as cheaply as possible, I'd recommend a dual XLASB fit with rapid heavies and a neut.
2) There isn't really such a thing as shield-fit fleet Scorpions; the tradeoffs between tank and jamming power are so large that you are better off bringing something that can independently pilot and warp off if attacked. Rolling Scorpions are good because 1) they have pretty high mass; 2) they have bonused jams and thus a slightly greater chance of survival than other rolling battleships.

Hi Budda,
Raido's reply above may be backed up by the killboard. I've scraped about 65 fits from the losses pages and nothing matched a decent shield fit.
Perhaps they are so good they are never dying?

Ok, the thread has gone quiet so it looks like maybe a shield fit isn't really viable.
