Though, I don't understand this fit. For a solo pilot it has low DPS. It is quite quick as for dual web ship, but why getting Vigil FI for solo? Getting it for fleet you would need buffer tank.
Also, fit is quite quick and can work well with 1 web, and another slot could be used for MASB.
What about this:
Solid DPS, Tank, Speed. The only problem here is I don't see any value from the long web other than a chance to slow down kiter a bit...
