Need 1% CPU Implant, which can be workarounded by downgrading AB to the compact one.
Fit is hull tanked, but has SAAR. Why not to plug the Expl hole and fit with rigs that increase DPS?

Could be good for gatecamping if fit with Sensor Booster and Signal Amplifiers, but low Scram range makes it work poorly...
