Questions 3

We never posted self-rep version of Logy frigates, but they are useful for L4 burner missions. Any good self-rep version of Kirin?

So if you fit an MWD on frig logi you need to really have it cap booster, not regen fit. For that reason the first fit is not good.

The second fit works ok but the slight change I'd make is turn the enduring into a restrained MWD, it gives you a little more cap life:

Because the Kirin has more mids and less lows than the scalpel, I'd be more inclined to take it along the route of cap boosted (the second fit). So for me, the first and second fits in this post are viable.
