Analyzing Burst and seeing quite a few bling fits, I see that it makes sense to also review Scalpel. Making Burst bling makes no much sense: current Burst: AB Assault Frigate Fleet (LSC) - blinged - costs 46.2M while current Scalpel: mwd cap booster - t2 - only 31.8M.
Once Scalpel fits posted, Replace "LSC Shield AF - Logi Wiki(2)" in the "LSC Shield Assault Frigates" doctrine by Scalpel.
Please post fits for Scalpel here!

Remember these things are holding your entire fleet up - having nice reps on them is preferred. (They are only 24mil total for the reps anyway). You can't go regen on the MWD fit due to the cap penalty. AB regen is fine as it's cap stable at 49% without 1 repper.

Agree on using A-Types/B-Types on T2 Frig Logi. The cost is higher, but not tremendously higher. Personally, I like the AB since it's much less micro-intensive. On the Deacon for WHC Small Ships, we recommend Coreli A-Types (4M a pop). Capstable, and very good reps. Will post the fit in its appropriate thread, but I'd apply a similar philosophy to the Scalpel.

Published, also added fit which was in fleet-up already, I like this fit with cap booster because of its higher speed and alignment time.

You should require bling. The double Nano doesn't do enough to justify it imo. T1 rigs on a T2 ship should never ever happen unless calibration issues. Especially since you have a logi ship here. You will be their focus. And unlike ECM your reps don't linger on grid for 20 seconds.
White posted very good fits you can just keep that way, it makes more sense to go for a cap stable fit with an AB over a cap booster that you must keep running to stay cap stable. The MWD makes the cap booster necessary due to the cap penalty.
Also the deadspace reps are totally worth it on frig logi, the range bonus + lesser cap for more rep is soooo good.
White propsed the Gistii B repper which gives you, assuming all Vs, 9.79 HP/GJ(143 HP using 14.6GJ) over 7.1 HP/GJ(128 HP using 18GJ) for a T2 repper. The deadspace repper can also be overheated for longer. They even come with shorter cycle time(2.7 sec vs 3 sec cycle).

The MWD fit seems to have been perfected to a point where there's nothing I can think of for changing it.
For the AB fit suggested by White, I was wondering, with all the fitting room left over if it was worth using a small battery instead of the cap recharger. It actually improves the recharge rate by a minuscule amount (.3 GJ/s) because it increases base capacitor levels and also adds the leech/neut resistance.
