Republic Fleet Phased Plasma S x480
In Defense Mode, it sports 22.3k EHP, 74.8 HP/S shield regeneration, 274 DPS with Republic Fleet Phased Plasma, Republic Fleet Fusion and Republic Fleet EMP ammo. Overheated, it sports 315 DPS.
With Barrage ammo, it has 218DPS, while Overheated, it sports 251 DPS.
In Sharpshooter Mode, it sports 15.4k EHP, 49.9 HP/S shield regeneration, 365 DPS with Republic Fleet Phased Plasma, Republic Fleet Fusion and Republic Fleet EMP ammo. Overheated, it sports 420 DPS.
With Barrage ammo, it has 291 DPS, while Overheated, it sports 335 DPS.
The fit uses 255 tf CPU (out of 256.3 tf) and 85.4 MW (out of 88 MW) power grid - All level 5 skills.
Note:
If you see that you need some CPU, you can downgrade the Damage Control Unit T2 to IFFA Compact Damage Control.
If you see that you need some Power Grid, if its less than 1% over, you can use a Inherent Implants 'Squire' Power Grid Management EG-601 or upgrade the Small Ancillary Current Router I rig to Small Ancillary Current Router II.
Another variation of the fit above can be used, which has more EHP while having a little less DPS and less than 1km range difference: Instead of the 200mm Autocannon II weapon of choice, it uses 150mm Autocannon II.
