• Adaptive Nano Plating II needs Hull Upgrades IV but provides the same -15.4% resists as 'Refuge' Adaptive Nano Plating that doesn't need the skill.
• If the expectation is to have Hull Upgrades IV as an Alpha account then there is no need to use meta Damage Control as you mentioned.
• Prototype Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I provides -15% to resists whereas Meta 4 and T2 Adaptive Nano Plating gives .4% more and are generally cheaper by a few thousand isk
