I'd like to make a change in the article NullSec Ratting, to change an instance of the phrase "his or her" in reference to an NSC member to "their". I believe it would be more inclusive to non-binary persons who might go by other pronouns than "his" or "her" (not to mention the male pronoun coming first in the phrase).
I believe this change isn't explicitly in the UniWiki Manual of Style, though gender-neutral language is encouraged. Do you agree with me here? Can I make the change?

I think that sounds like a good idea too.
There's no reason for "his or her" in that context in terms of clarity, "their" makes sense to me.
