Image not updating

I'm really new to wiki editing, and tried to upload a newer version of the file: https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/File:Fle ... ptions.png. Although the thumbnail has updated, when you click on it it still shows the old image and on the actual page (https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Fleet_in ... et_options) it still shows the old image. Is there a delay between uploading and updating, or have I done something wrong?

It is just caching.

It can take few days for the new image to be visible in all the places. Just be patient.
