UniWiki Account Merge Request Thread
All users who existed prior to our recent upgrade, only had the first word of their name capitalized (with some extremely rare exceptions). With EVE SSO login now enabled on the wiki, a new user will be generated for you upon login with the name capitalized exactly as EVE SSO says it should be.
What this means is that you can no longer log in to your old account with the lowercased name
We do have the functionality to merge your old user into your new one. Please post in this thread if you would like us to do that.

What will happen:
Once you've made the request, give us up to a day or two to take care of it. We may edit or remove your post once the merge is completed, in order to prevent duplicate efforts. (There are over 16,000 user accounts on the Wiki, after all, so it might get messy)

You MUST have logged in to the wiki with SSO BEFORE requesting this merger.
Please Provide:
- Existing (Old) Username
- New Username to merge into
- Confirmation that you have logged in with SSO to create the new username
What will happen:
- A sysadmin (basically the directors, myself, or Max Tsero) will ensure that the accounts both exist, remove any admin roles from the old account, merge the users and reapply any admin roles to the new one.
- All pages the old user created will automatically be moved to the new user
- All edit history from the old user will also be re attributed to the new user
- The old user will be completely deleted from the system
