[AAR] Sharpies/Magic Merlins NullSec Roam 27-02-2024

Better late than never, here is a brief AAR of my last Roam. The form-up went smoothly. My plan was to use thera to get into and then kill some shiny ships if possible. Well, Nullsec proved to be quiet this day, so the fleet turned into a "get good at fleet traveling" practice for everyone to cover as much area as possible. And of course I left my filaments back in the Quad, so we were stuck with gate-to-gate travel or making our way back to the nearest thera hole. All in all, these are not great circumstances to catch some targets.
So after making our way across multiple regions, we found a gate camp that was waiting for us with HAW dreads, but also a vedmak, an osprey, and a couple of dictors. My hope was to catch some targets and, at least, go out with some kills.
Short story even shorter: FC, 2IC, and 3IC went down first. The fleet was called to scatter, and at that point, it was everyone for themselves. I did hear some unistas now have harpies and Merlins now parked in a NPC station in stain.
To quote Amfion Bravais: "AAR: Spent an hour and a half flying around, found nothing, made the newbros very good at fleet travel, then whelped into 2 HAW Dreads. 11/10, would Moritz again, there is now a random Harpy chilling in Stain as I SDed my pod back to Stac. Any takers?

• ✔ (Positive stuff)
  • A lot of unistas are now pretty good at fast fleet traveling
  ✘ (Negative stuff)
  • Welped the fleet without a kill
  • Forgot filament, need to check cargo hold twice next time. Maybe we could have found a better fight this way.
