Overall evaluation
  • (Positive stuff)
    • Got about 12 in fleet, wasn't expecting such good numbers without a proper ping & forum post. TY all for coming.
    • Everyone did what they were supposed to, made my life so much easier.
    • A pretty much uneventful calendar had some content.
    • I learned about FCing bank robbing, hope to do so better next time and have proper fits at the ready.
    (Negative stuff)
    • Form-up was a bit caotic and slow. We didnt' have time to order so we went with what we could get of contract.
    • Lost 2 pilots on the first fight, and it was difficult to get them back with the fleet.
    • We either got engagements we had no chance of taking anything out, or no engagement at all.

Love to see more of these happen, sorry I didn't make it. :)

Yeah it's a bit of a diceroll, there's no running away so you have to fight whatever comes. Makes it easier as FC but it does mean you blow up a lot!
If you enjoyed it and keep doing it you'll strike gold eventually! In the mean time the form-up gets pretty easy when you've done it a few times, and it's pretty chill with, once you're in an ESS, action is pretty binary. So there's natural breaks in there
