Formup went fine. We all shipped into shuttle and everyone had a clean clone. We left later than I planned (4ish minutes) but we got to PC9 Top Station in time (2 minutes to spare.)
What went well:
- I checked https://eve-gatecheck.space/eve/#Stacmo ... Y:shortest just in case.
- No one died.
- I had fun FC-ing.
- This didn't happen.
Nice work team.
- I think I did a good job of the fleet's MOTD.
- I posted the fleet in alliance chat.
- People turned up.
What I could have done better:
- Herding cats takes longer that you expect. Form-up fleet a bit earlier. (15 minutes maybe?)
- I was sorry if I came over a bit brash at times.
- I forgot to tell everyone to leave the fleet and join the main fleet.
- I didn't ping the fleet in discord. Couldn't work out how.
