All in all, it was a success. Lots of hiccups, though. Fleet was scheduled for 0200, but the fleet didn't actually get started on the sites until about 0235, due to logistics issues and latecomers. Total payout was 1.005 billion for about 2.5 hours. We managed to run 12 sites, and 0 losses (although our hauler did manage to get to 10% hull due to a pilot error).
A few things on my end:
- Plan logistics and preparations a little better in advance to streamline.
- Ensure pilots can fly the required fits, or at least ensure alternate fits are available.
- Knowing when to say "no" when a pilot cannot fly the fits and altering fits causes large time waste issues.
- Better communication with pilots on expectations and commands given.
- Remembering that I CANNOT select a target from the watchlist.
- Find a way to make these sites more engaging. They get grindy really fast, and boredom can lead to complacency and accidents.
