Smooth form-up, but a bit of trouble filling roles - in the end we did manage a decent setup - and started roam around Syndicate at 18:20h.
Scouts caught an Omen while fleet was still busy undocking - we got there asap and got the first kill of the roam:

No empty clone here, so a another bit added to the ISK destroyed:

After this we caught a hauler while moving through Syndicate:

On route scouts encountered a poor Occator that was getting shot at by other neutrals, we stepped in but sadly could not catch a Loki amongst some other ships. We did get the (bait) Occator though:

After a short break we decided to hop into Thera and get some more content in other regions. In Thera we encountered a Praxis that seemed to get away, but since scouts and others were paying attention, we did catch him on the LS side of another Thera WH:

We poked around some regions and looking at the time FC decided to head back towards Syndicate through Thera and a Solitude WH. When we entered Pertnineere we saw some intel from the NS chans about some neutral BLOPS in PC9 and headed back swiftly. Scouts reported having tackle on the JH gate in PC9 on some BLOPS and fleet jumped in, where we were joined by a couple of Unistas (Mongo the Mechanic, Ambrose Dexter). Here we managed to grab and kill some lovely ships.
Panther was primary, after we which we worked our way through the Redeemer and Widow. The (bait) Occator (yes, the same one as before) got away this time.

Overall evaluation
- ✔ Great turnout, again got some kills during the roam. Had fun
- ✔ FC remebered to call for heat and asked people to check their redeem queue
- ✔ Good scouting and overall communication
- ✘ Filling roles (Logi, Scout, Dictor, Prober - and not even tried Links) was rather hard
- ✘ FC forgot to get a 2IC. That's just asking for trouble...
