Events, Kills & Losses
Smooth form-up and started roam around Syndicate at 18:20h.

Set a route and scout caught a hull-tanked Brutix Navy in M2-, Logi valiantly kept our dictor alive:

Updated the route throughout the fleet and while we did encounter some neutrals they were a bit skittish. After a while we did catch an Heron.

FC sent some ISK to this new toon to replace his ship and a fleet member has reached out to see if they wanted to chat about what happened here a bit.

The rest of the route was somewhat uneventful - until we were on the way back and saw some neutral in 6-C. Scout warped to the catchbubble, Kikimora warped to scout.... and the fleet landed on grid too late to catch the Kiki and save the scout.

To see if the locals would still engage we destroyed the bubble

Some intel about neutrals in the pocket, headed back (was time to fold soon anyway) but alas - they docked up. Fleet folded, but some fleetmembers did continue working the pocket neutrals from the Standing Fleet.

Overall evaluation

• ✔ Good turnout, got a few kills during the roam. Had fun
• ✔ Good communication in fleet
• ✔ This one is ISK positive (yay!)
• ✔ FC remembered to call for heat (on the Brutix Navy Issue)
• ✔ Fleetmember remembered that FC had said he should remember to ask people to check their redeem queue for boosters during form-up (which FC didn't)
• ✘ FC really should remember to ask people to check their redeem queue for boosters during form-up
• ✘ FC should have have jumped the fleet into 6-C as soon as the scout saw the Kiki warping to him. Might not have caught the Kiki, most likely would have saved the scout

This was my first foray into fleeting up, and it was a great time. Superb communication, great organization, learned lots.
