Overall evaluation

• ✔ (Positive stuff) Loooot of newbro today in the fleet, we lost a few during travel sometimes, but overall I think everyone did a great job following instructions, people more experienced were of great help and fleet chat and I'm sure everyone learned a lot today and I hope appreciated their first PvP outing.
  ✔ (Positive stuff) Thanks a lot to Moritz for scouting, as I said we had a lot of newbro so it was great to be able to rely on an experienced player for scouting and 2IC.
  
  ✘ (Negative stuff) I whelped the fleet on a bait VNI, we were about to fold the fleet so I sounded like a good opportunity to close the fleet in blaze and glory. Sadly we didn't had enough DPS to get the kill and scattered too late to save most of us.
  ✘ (Negative stuff) Doing the Intro to Fleet class and the actual fleet immediatly after was I think a good idea to catch newbro and get them in space. But it was a bit exhausting for me as I talked non stop from 11:30 to 15:00.

Overral, I think we had fun, Lowsec was quieter than expected, it was a EUTZ sunday afternoon after all, but it at least allowed us to take our time during travel and for me to explain afterwards what was happening.
