Taking out the same fleet comp a second time. We had a quick formup (~15 minutes) and waited for one of our fleet members to arrive at staging while we talked through the fleet comp and todays' objectives. Nobody was new to fleet operations but we did have one player new to PvP. My intention was to push the GalMil offensive by offensive plexing in the system of Vlillirier and see if we can get us some loyalty points and/or content there.

Once we arrived in Vlillirier we noticed the system was pretty full and there were only few complexes open. We diverted to Alsavoinon and found some content there - an unfit Bantam became our first victim. We spent about twenty minutes in the system to grab some LP and see if content comes to us, but alas, it did not.

I decided to take the fleet back into Vlillirier to see if we could engage something and/or make some more ISK, with the intention of wrapping up soon. We landed on a complex gate and saw an Algos approximately 70 km away. We decided to go for it and to my personal surprise we caught him at the cost of one Derptron. Having looted the field and discussed what to do with the spoils of war (donate it to E-UNI) I decided to call it for today because I've been pretty starved for time.

Overall evaluation:

+ Quick formup, we got going quickly.
+ Had a good mix of PvE (farming LP) and PvP (that Atron kill).
- Had a bit of a lull during plexing, might be worth doing it to conclude the fleet, not in-between maybe?
- Dividing the fleet into smaller squads when plexing felt a bit chaotic, I need to do it in a more organised fashion.
