Ganked a blingy MNI in small plex, as we were on outgate about to leave, scout noticed a decent sized gang at that same plex on the acceleration gate. I noticed a Vexor with them and initally told fleet to slide plex to avoid it before realizing it was a bad idea (at least one person will get tackled and left behind to die) and changing my order. This created some confusion but luckily fleet was disciplined enough to quickly follow new commands so everyone stayed and fought outside plex. We went to fight and killed a Merlin+Dram before whelping. Thanks to Brock for taking over as 2IC after I died at the start of the fight despite me forgetting to assign the role. The Dramiel kill wouldn't have happened without him.
