We were sitting on the Innia gate when a single Cyclone came into us through the gate, we tackled him immediately and started bouncing to avoid gate-guns. As I was about to land back on grid after bouncing, scout relayed intel that a larger fleet was landing on the Kinakka gate in Innia. In retrospect I should have called scatter right there and then, but I decided against it as we were about to break the Cyclone. Unfortunately, reps caught on and I had to call scatter. We lost a few during the engagement.

When I ordered the fleet to jump into Hikkoken, I noticed a Daredevil in a Plex. I sent one of our Vanguards to check it out, the Daredevil ended up landing on me on the Hikkoken gate though. I ordered the fleet in Hikkoken to reapproach gate and locked up the Daredevil while aligning out. He started aligning out though and I felt I had to tackle him to secure the kill. I called in the fleet and my vanguard was able to hold tackle. I couldn't bounce in time.

We arrived back on the Hikkoken gate and our scout Jasonn happened to find targets the same time as a Wolf travelled through the gate. I called to go for the Wolf, as we had him tackled. He managed to crash gate and get out. Our scout died at the Plex and unfortunately another pilot went to join him in his fate.

With the help of scout's Killmail I was able to make out what was in the Plex, as the people that got blapped couldn't really give a clear report what was there. I decided to give it a go. When we landed, there were mostly kitey Assault Frigates on grid. They started kiting away and we weren't able to tackle any of them. Then, an Enyo landed, which we happily took down. Logi and Crucifiers did their best trying to keep everyone alive. After taking down the Enyo, a Jaguar came a little too close and got tackled. We took him down as well and 2IC called scatter in my stead.

  - I'm still going Gung-Ho a little too often, securing tackle myself and dying for it
  - I should have coordinated EWAR to decrease incoming DPS to a minimum, but forgot in the thrill of a fleet engagement
  - I could maybe check High-Sec Exits via Gate-Check to make sure our reshipping members will make it to the reship point alive

Very nice fleet, with a good number of newbros joining!
That Wolf slipping through our fingers while the scout was also engaged was really bad timing, but we kinda made the best of it.
Scheduling some reshipping contracts on our way would have really been a time saver, since this doctrine in not used much and finding replacements was hard.

This was both my first fleet and my first time flying in a logi.
I was a bit slow in responding to the situation but I learned a lot, thanks for the fleet

Oh and I was almost podded by that smartbomb too !

I don't know how I survived, but I got to 3 hp in structure only !

Bounce via celestials/tacs instead of warping straight to the gate (if they're on the outgate). If they're on your ingate, you'll have 0 chance in a pod.

People can use https://eve-gatecheck.space/eve/ to check routes or have someone else/an alt scout for them.
