Inspired by how Marcus did his journal, I am kinda going to steal his idea and document my return to solo PvP. Hope you guys can learn from this

Not really a real kill but whatever. This heron had just undocked from Jita 4-4 flashy and when he aligned to warp off, I was able to catch him and disrupt him before he was able to warp for some reason. The lesson is to, just dock if you get warp disrupted on a station undock! And, at least learn how to use a pod saver tab if you are gonna run around flashy!

Slid into a novice plex after finding the kestrel on dscan. As I slid into the plex I was able to quickly identify that he was using rockets and that if I stayed out at my kiting range (17-20km) he would be unable to apply to me. I was correct and he was able to do a total of 0 damage to me. After the engagement, I spend a few moments in a private chat with him explaining what he could have done.

As I jumped the gate into Okkoman I saw a small frigate fleet engaging a garmur. Since it was non-flashy I broke cloak, aligned to a celestial, warp disrupted him then got out. Whatever it takes to whore on pirate frig kills!

As I was moving through towards Prism, I jumped gate as an auto-piloting Iteron landed on gate behind me. I quickly crashed gate, engaged him then warped off and came back. Luckily I was able to bump him way out of alignment before he was able to approach and jump the gate. He was pissed when he woke up and sent me a scathing email + a bounty. The salt jar never fills up completely though

As I was just about to take down the Iteron, a Tormentor warped in. Since I was flashy he engaged me. I was stupid to not pull range + transversal on him since I was to laser-focused on taking down the Iteron before it reached the gate. Had I immediately pulled range there is a good chance I would have been able to get both the Tormentor and the Iteron.

As I undocked from my reshipping station, I was able to quickly identify a comet sitting in a novice plex. I contemplated not doing it since I didn't want to lose my ship to early in the night. I decided on going because why the **** not?! Im here to pvp and if I die I die. So I slid into the plex and was quickly able to establish that the other comet was also a kitey rail comet fit. Though, he was only using one rep and had no cap booster to keep his cap up for more than a thirty second fight. In the end, the entire engagement ended up lasting around 3-4 minutes and the only reason it finished was because he was out of cap and was unable to rep or shoot anymore. It was a really fun engagement and I discovered that I need to practice on managing my transversal so that my guns apply. In the end, I was just using keep at range 2000 on him. It was difficult to maintain but through some manual piloting I was able to make it so that most of my damage was applying.

This was a fun engagement. I ended up chasing this dude through two of three systems till - for some reason - was able to get ahead of him. As he jumped into me, I was lucky that I was able to lock him before he was able to activate his cloak. He died without resistance from that point; I don't even think he had drones. But hey, it was an expensive kill and 30 mil of loot dropped which payed for my previous Tristan loss.

As I was sitting at a safe at the center of a system, I noticed a Tristan enter dscan. I wanted to bait him into an engagement since if I were to slide into him, there would have been a good chance that he was kitey fit. As I slid into the plex, the Tristan landed almost immediately after me. I quickly overheated all my modules and pulled range so that I was around 6-7 km from the warp in area. As he slid into me, I quickly established an overheated scram web on him just in case he was kite fit. Fortunately, he was actually brawl fit and since I was already at my optimal range (read: outside his blaster range) he was unable to apply much damage to me. Though, I did mess up a bit on my range control and he was able to get right under my guns halfway through the engagement. I started manual piloting instead of keeping at range so that I could reduce my transversal and burn him down. This worked and I killed him with 0 nanite left in my SAAR and around half hull left! And he totally thought he got me until I was able to get out of range of his guns again.

I dscanned the catalyst down in a medium plex as I was waiting at my center safe. He was in a medium so the first thought that came to my mind was that it was a recon trap. But you know, YOLO. I was quite happy when I got inside that here were no recons waiting for me, but I discovered that it was actually a dirty plexer! As I slid in he warped off to another medium plex at 2au and I followed him. When I landed he was able to slide and warp off before I was able to establish scram on him either time. This happened once more before he made the mistake to ping to a novice plex at 52au. Gotcha now buddie! Even though I was a bit late in warp, I was able to land at the same time as him due to my higher warp speed. Since it was a novice plex he was now unable to use his old escape plan. Though, since I had warped to zero to make sure I was in scram range of him. that also meant that I was in web range of him. He quickly established a web on me and burned my down into low armor before I was able to get a rep cycle off. Through the rest of the engagement, I focused on keeping outside his web range as well as increasing my transversal so that his blasters had no hope of applying to me. It was pretty stressful because I was holding on one rep cycle away from going pop since he had slowly taken away some of my hull. Surprisingly good flying for a dirty shitfit plexer!

As I was going after a Corax a Damavik had the same idea as me. We both landed on a the acceleration gate at the same time and he quite literally disintegrated me in a few seconds. Can't really think of what I could have done to not die here.
