Yeah, that is something I noticed long ago. E-Uni has a big problem with this -- at least around the HSC & QRFs. However, others have disagree when I point it out... and then complain that they can't get kills without tackle... go figure!

We really didn’t have the right composition to take on the Phantasm along with the ONI. The two of them could support each other and just peel tackle off the other. These ships are known for being frigate killers. Unfortunately we ARE still lacking in the dedicated “heavy” tackle ships that could have dealt with them, but hopefully people are having those ships sent down from Jita.

I personally have a couple of wolfs in transit that should do well against ONIs. We could probably use tackle Stabbers, mauluseseses, ram Jags and such to counter the locals.
