While we were awaiting departure time and formup, a fleet member in JH- took note of a neut entering system in a Catalyst. While keeping an eye on him he entered PC9. The member jumped in with him and began aggressing. Shortly thereafter, as fleet members were warping to assist, a Moa and Belicose also came through and engaged. We took them down with zero losses.
Afterwards we waited a little longer to then refill the drink cups and snack foods to depart at 03:25. We proceeded along a circular path around Syndicate looking for targets. Nothing was found after a few jumps. We came across one system that had a cyno deployed on what appeared to be one of two stations. However, upon warping to it, the cyno was actually deployed on a moon instead. We took out the cyno ship at the cost of a Sabre and Tristan. At which point we burned to Stacmon to reship.
Departing from Stacmon, we proceeded through low sec to come into Syndicate on the left side of the map (dotlan) to make a circular path back home. As we followed the pathway, checking some Icebelts along the way, a Pontifex piloted by 7th Sanctum. I did not feel like getting dropped on with capitals so we bubbled the entry side as we cross jumped him and bubbled again, proceeding outbound. We eventually made it back home without any incident.

Report Wrap Up!
With the beginning 3 kills as a good start to the fleet it was a good step up for the fleet. While we did only fight a stationary cyno ship, it was anchored off automatic-turret POS which got a few people killed. However, without warping directly to it, the outcome was unforeseeable.
While many pilots probably wanted to engage the Pontifex we had already lost a high category ship and I did not want to lose everyone on the off-chance we kill the Pontifex as they can be bricks if they want to be. All in all good fleet.
