Unfortunately, there was an Incursion on our way to F7C. We lost a few people there. Overall, the fleet did an amazing job listening to my align commands. I don't believe that we lost a single person when we were a fleet.

So... yeah. As we got to our agreed staging location, we came across a nullsec corporation moving their supercapitals through the area. They weren't so happy that we were there and became determined to kill us. At this point, I handed command over to Ker'Tesh to did an amazing job saving most of our fleet. Since a good few died though, we moved the fight location to around PC9 and reshipped into Caracals. I find it hilarious that when we reshipped we had 8 people... 4 Caracals and 4 Ospreys.

After reshipping, we went and engaged. I am very happy with how fast people reshipped.

When we got into EZA, we found that they had brought Vexor... spider tanked Vexors. During the fight, we didn't kill anything but their interdictor but witnessed the awesome power of their doctrine. We didn't even get close to breaking a single one. Without numbers, we would have never been able to break it without a few more dedicated ECM pilots. An interesting tactic that they used was that they had a Blackbird permajam me so that I couldn't see how much damage we were doing or if we were breaking reps. I intend to use this tactic in the future, it is quite difficult to be on the receiving end of it. Here is the fit for their vexors:

Stats
ISK Destroyed: 80,501,836.06
ISK Lost: 580,444,774.1
ISK Delta: -499,942,938.04
Efficiency: 12.18%

Overall evaluation
  • (Positive stuff)
    - Target calling
    - Manually flying to keep the fleet at our optimal range. It was difficult to combat their drones though, there were just so many.
    (Negative stuff)
    - Needed to hand over command during the cap fiasco
    - I could have handled moving the fleet through the Incursion zone a bit better the second time.

Our Moa fleet:

And for anyone wondering the cause of the high ISK loss at the start, it coincides with my first ever Titan sighting!:

Lessons learned:
Warp off when you're down to hull and being redboxed by two supercaps!
