[AAR][WHC] Who bribed the loot fairy?

Post by Zoltan Irvam »

Hi,

yesterday night the small ships doctrine was used in a nice little gank.

Roxane had been stalking some Impels from a small WH corp living in a C5 moving multiple times through bacon - obviously to market and back...

When they went out again, we decided to set a drag-bubble in bacon on the way back and things worked out nicely... they got bubbled by Mhzentul in his sabre and promptly tackled hard and killed... their tank was surprisingly thin and I'm not sure if they even used their reppers...

The loot was interesting for several reasons... first of all, the big chunks of P3 planetary commodities all survived and were confiscated and secondly 6000 Neocoms, 6000 Data chips and 3000 High-Tech Transmitters only allow one conclusion... somebody is building an XL structure and doesn't want to extract his own stuff...

Thanks to all who helped to make this happen, first and foremost Roxane and Mhzentul.

Very good catch indeed! Congratulations.

Their corporation killboard suggests that they are taking down the POCOs in J171013 so probably they will try to build those Tier3 PIs within the system.

Well, their system only supports the Neocoms and we certainly caught them on the way home... So they probably need 1000 Broadcast Nodes and that means a lot of structures... or a really big one...

If they were really about doing their own PI, they should rather import the Biomass and Industrial Fibers missing in their system - or maybe the P2 missing due to that for less volume.
