I was given reports of a Gnosis on a ping not far from the gate. I told the fleet to jump together and with our 4km/s Atrons, quickly closed the distance. We killed the Gnosis just as an Eos warped on grid to the Gnosis. At the same time, an Exequror warped on grid and started to apply reps to the Eos. We quickly switched to the Exequror and took it down quickly. As we were fighting the Exequror, I didn't notice the drones on the Eos taking down members of my fleet. As we were about to switch to the Eos, a Rokh warped on grid and I told the fleet to scatter just before it started setting off his smart bombs. Unfortunately, we ended up losing a few people to it due to the paper thin tanks on the Atron's.

Overall evaluation

• ✔ (Positive stuff)
  - Target calling and fleet management in the face of overwhelming forces.
  - Recognizing that the Rokh was going to have smart bombs before it started firing them off (ship awareness improvement).
  - The fleet did well in following my target switching commands and movements during the fight.
  ✘ (Negative stuff)
  - I did not notice that the Eos had drones on a few members of my fleet. I would have told them to warp off if I had seen it.
  - We had trouble finding targets after the Gnosis and Ezequror. Strangely, the surrounding areas were nearly empty.
  - I need to go over the pod saver tab in my newbro speech as the fleet undocks.
