Kills and Losses

OK, first things first: IF YOU FIND A MORDUS BATTLESHIP ON MY ROAM, PLEASE PLEASE call it out! That's a 500M+ BPC in that rat! (See first loss) I gave 50M isk to Xafen Katapi for finding the great wormhole from UPH to the other FW area (Amarr Minmitar). And we used that hole.

We derped down the road a bit, picking up some battlecruiser kills and slowly making our way towards Kamela:

There was a highsec gatecamp, and made a bit of a ham-fisted attempt to kill them. We did get the Exeq on the highsec side. It's always harder to kill all the gatecamp people when you are coming from the "open" side, there's a bigger distance between the fleet and the camp. That said, I should have just had the vanguard tackle everything? Or use the tankiest 3 ships +logi?

We then did a bit of damage in Kamela amd Evati etc and started to head back to the UPH Hole:

Then! An engagement with BS and Capitals and friends. We did a great job here with warping in, killing things, and then warping off. They didn't have a ton of tackle, so we could be mobile. It was a bit of an escalation on their part, it started with 1 Abaddon, which we booshed off and killed, and then more battleships showed up. We got the 2nd abaddon booshed off and to like 4% armor, and then the Logi capital ship showed up and repped him back to full, and I had everyone warp to Glen at a ping. Then, we all warped down to the gate and popped a Phantasm BOOP! They spent their time primarying our CD, which was wise. After then Phantasm, it was clear we wouldn't be able to do much else, so we left.

Back in Placid, we took a quick break, while I was gone the fleet booshed an AFK viator off a station and did him:

Then we set destination Tama. We didn't make it. There was word of a fight with CDs and bigger ships, ongoing on the Nisuwa gate in Oin. We were not flashy, and I made a few mistakes, but the result was we killed a few CDs and lost alot more. I'll cover my mistakes below.

Overall evaluation

• ✔ (Positive stuff)
  - Well, content is king, and we got some. It was mostly smash and grab, until that Battleship fight, which went fairly well.
  - I got more practice using Command Destroyers, and I feel like people were more sure of what to do (i.e. keep at range)... I'm going to look into broadcasting a CD to approach? Can you do that? The other thing is maybe ask people to color code the CDs in watchlist? That would help me too.
  
  ✘ (Negative stuff)
  - I'm disappointed in myself for how that Magus fight went down. I was very cocksure and just warped us to them at zero. I made a TON of assumptions: I Assumed we were a bigger fleet. I Assumed we would be third party. I assumed their logi would be ineffective.
  - Also disappointed of course that I warped my pod gate-to-gate, I knew I was in a fancy pod, but I wanted to get us to reship quickly. Not really an FC problem.

Your fleets were really cool Glen, and there were a lot of people joining the Armor Destroyers! Unfortunately, I could only join one and had to leave half-way, because I almost fell asleep due to the TZ difference. Thanks for bringing them out!
