One of the forward scouts managed to catch a Kestrel for a nice start. Scout found an Arbitrator and we couldn't get Logi to him in time. Just as the bulk of the fleet arrived the Arbi popped due to several people not following commands and firing on the target without authorization. I think we managed to get 2 DDs in on the kill. Small lecture ensued regarding listening to commands.

Things were fairly quiet all the way through Hikk, and scouts found a small T2 frigate gang on the Hikk gate in Pyn. We traded favorably for the Harpy kill, and then a 3rd party Thanatos showed up and it was time to go.
Scouts found a Myrm in a Large, nice kill.

On the return home we managed to catch a Maelstrom on the gate. HUGE shield rep, I didn't think we'd take it down at first, and was starting to worry about backup showing itself to help him. A switch to closer range, higher DPS ammo and overheating finally took out the shield tank, and it was all over.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND SUMMARY
Things went well overall. Comms felt very busy (excluding the friendly banter), and I'm not sure what was going on. I will have to think on it some during the week. I was very disappointed that half of the fleet didn't get in on the Arbitrator kill, especially when I included the "don't do anything unless told" comments during the preflight. I am planning on running the doctrine again this coming week, as I think just running a new doctrine one time is not going to help me iron out the ins and outs of management.
